Depending on your care plan, this may include symptoms, mood, sleep, medication adherence, side effects and personalised goals.
Between consultations
See the pattern,
not just the moment.
Monsenso is an optional digital monitoring tool that helps build a more continuous picture of symptoms, treatment and wellbeing between appointments.
Your appointment is one point in time.
Your life happens between them.
Memory is imperfect—particularly when mood, anxiety, sleep or attention vary. Brief check-ins can reveal trends that are hard to reconstruct weeks later and give us better information for shared decisions.
Visual summaries can help us explore relationships between symptoms, routines and treatment over time.
The information can help make follow-ups more focused and support thoughtful adjustments to treatment.
Monitoring is optional and agreed with you. It is a treatment-support tool, not continuous observation or an emergency alert service.
Monsenso does not replace appointments, urgent clinical contact or crisis services. Data should not be used to request emergency help. If you are at immediate risk, call 999 or attend A&E; for urgent mental health support, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
How it works
Personalise
We agree whether monitoring would add value and which measures are useful.
Check in
Use the app for brief self-assessments and agreed tracking between visits.
Learn together
We review useful trends at follow-up and decide what, if anything, should change.
Optional personalised care
Follow-up informed by the days between appointments.
Monsenso monitoring will only be suggested where it is likely to add value. Please contact Total Health West Berkshire for current fees and appointment options.
